Zebrafish genomic DNA was found as BACs BX663489, BX323804, and CR759864. Intron 1 length remains uncertain because BAC BX663489 lacks exon 1 sequence; BAC BX323804 includes only exon 1 as exonic sequence; BAC CR759864 is currently listed as unordered fragments, but these may encompass intron 1. Intron sizes (nt) are presented for zebrafish (Z), mouse (M, upper italicized number), and rat (R, lower number).
