CORRIGENDUM

Volume 294, February 2008

Volume 63, February 2008

Pages F362–F370. Carlström M, Brown RD, Edlund J, Sällström J, Larsson E, Teerlink T, Palm F, Wåhlin N, and Persson AE. Role of nitric oxide deficiency in the development of hypertension in hydronephrotic animals. Am J Physiol Renal Physiol 294: F362–F370 (doi:10.1152/ajprenal.zh2-00410.2007).

The first sentence of the last paragraph in the DISCUSSION section of this article was printed incorrectly. During production of the article, nitric oxide (NO) in this sentence was misrepresented as "no." The corrected sentence should read as follows: "In conclusion, hydronephrotic animals have a reduced response to NOS blockade, whereas NO stimulation can reduce or protect from progressive blood pressure increase."
